Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PUNS LTD (“PUNS”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you join our pre-launch waitlist at puns.world. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025).

1. Who we are (Data Controller)

PUNS LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 17316565), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Contact for privacy matters: info@puns.world.

2. What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your data only to operate our pre-launch waitlist: to confirm your subscription, to send you news about the PUNS launch and information relevant to the interest you selected (for example, a presentation for investors, or partnership details). Our legal basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

4. Double opt-in

After you submit the form, we send a confirmation email. We only add you to the waitlist once you click the confirmation link. If you do not confirm, your email is not added to our active list.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (processors) that help us run the waitlist:

6. International transfers

Your data is processed within the European Union / European Economic Area by Brevo. Where any transfer outside the UK/EEA occurs, it is protected by appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses / UK Addendum).

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as needed for the waitlist — until the product launches plus a short reasonable period, or until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe, whichever comes first. After that, your data is deleted.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send, or by emailing info@puns.world. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

10. Cookies

Our waitlist page does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our email provider (Brevo) may set a strictly necessary cookie when you submit the form, solely to process your subscription.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PUNS develops. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
